# Event Contributor

 * I installed and uninstalled the plugin and I noticed that the Event Contributor
   role is still present. I’m afradi to reinstall until I can figure out why the
   first uninstall did not completely remove all the bits from the plugin.
 * Any ideas please?

 * reinstall should be fine. Make sure you do a full site and database backup first.

 * Hi Matthew,
 * Probably the “Event Contributor” role is preserved in the database table(database-
   > wp_options -> wp_user_roles), you can manually delete the role in this table.
