• Hi!

I’m building this one website in which I have two EM calendars. One for showing public events and the other functioning as a booking calendar for certain facilities (people can submit reservations with the event form).

I have an event category “Reserved” which I use for the bookings. On these events I only display date, event times and which facility has been reserved publicly. The only problem I have with it is the single event’s (booking’s) title. I would like to have it show “Reserved” instead of the real title – eg. Super awesome crazy party.

    So my question is,
what is the (exact) filter I need to use to change event’s title to “Reserved” when the event is in the “Reserved” event category?

I think this has something to do with the code found here in this one EM tutorial, but I don’t have the know-how to apply that information to my problem. I’m not a real coder and I have no idea how that stuff works.

Please, could someone help me out with this one?

    Thanks!

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately that is not quite what I was looking for.

I have already set up the default single event format – other categories display content “ABCD” and the “Reserved” category only displays content “AB”.

The thing I wanted to do is change the page/event title, abut it doesn’t matter anymore as I thought about the whole thing more deeply. Even if I changed the title the events name would still be visible on the url (unless changed manually every single time ofc).

    But thanks anyway!
