Event Category Archive displays nothing

    Hi – I’ve got a very simple set up – a few categorised events, but when I click on the category link it displays “Event Category Archive:xxxx” where xxxx is the category, but the page below is blank. I can’t figure out why this would be. I do not have a category page set in the settings – I didn’t fully understand what this was for – the page list just displays a list of all my WP pages so none seem to fit. I have set the option to not use formatting so it should be going to the category archive.
    I wondered if it was anything to do with the fact that I have other custom taxonomies (created using the Types plugin), but i’ve tried disabling that and no difference.
    Any advice would be greatfully received, thanks.

    hi,

    few things to try to narrow down the problem:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

    – sample link to your site (with this issue) for us to see and analyze
