 * I need an event calender that any user can add events to it. The one I downloaded
and installed seems to only allow the Admin to do it from the Site Admin control
panel and that won’t work for me. Thanks for your help and time.

 * I really like using “upcoming events” at [http://jacob.steenhagen.us/blog/upcoming-events](http://jacob.steenhagen.us/blog/upcoming-events)
 * I use multiple google calendars, and take the rss feeds from them to populate
a widget for upcoming events, and another for upcoming dvd releases.. see [http://www.dracutforum.net](http://www.dracutforum.net)

 * I checked the informaton you sent me and I don’t think that will work for me.
I want a Calendar that people that are logged into the blog can add and remove
events. I don’t want the events to be posted on other public websites like google
calender because these events aren’t for the public to see, they are private.
That’s why I want everything done through the private blog. Also, the upcoming
events aren’t in a calendar format, just text in the upcoming events plug-in.
   Thanks!

 * This might be what you want. It shows up only on the WP Dashboard, so this means
only logged in users can see it and edit it. It’s not an external calendar.

 * Well you can’t access my website without a user name and password, so it doesn’t
matter if it’s an external calander or not because the public doesn’t have access
to the whole blog. I was saying I didn’t want to use a google blog or a blog
where you had to enter information on a public server then do an RSS feed or
   whatever to your blogs calander.
 * That Events Calendar is the first calander that I installed. The only way I could
figure out to enter events is through the Admin Login Control Panel. You are
telling me there is a way for regular users to add and delete events to the calander?
If so, please tell me how. All I want is a Calander that you install on the blog
that a regular users can add and delete events too and I can’t seem to find it.
   Thanks..

 * Why don’t you install a plugin called Role Manager and give your users rights
to edit the calendar you spoke about in your original post?

 * I never heard of it before, thanks for the information, I can try it. If they
have to log into the Admin Control Panel it might be too complicated for them,
but I”m not sure how it works yet. I coudln’t find it under plugins on this website,
I had to find it on SourceForge.net, so I hope it’s the same thing. Thanks again
   for the info!

 * Actually I didn’t need the Role Manager. I used Events Calaedar and created a
Page for it. Then people can create and delete events from the dashboard, because
there is an Events Calendar menu item showing up in the dashboard. The only problem
is that anybody can delte any events they want, even ones created by other users.
Is there a way that people can only delete events they create? If I can get it
to do that then it would be totally perfect!!
 * I did install Role Manager and it seems like a good tool that I can use in the
future. I did try it, and I enabled to allow to edit plug-ins, but the plug-ins
didn’t show up in the dashboard for users to edit, so it didn’t seem to work.
Also if it did work it seemed to allow the users to edit all the plug-ins, and
   you couldn’t specifiy just one.
 * I’m trying to install a plug-in that will allow users to upload pictures and
vidoes, but all of them only seem to allow the Admin to do it from the dashboard.
Even though there is a Page for it like the Event Calander it’s not showing up
on the Dashboard. Is there away I can allow users access to that Page on the
dashboard so they can upload pictures and videos? Or, is there some other way
to go about it? I’m using ANIga Gallery Plug-in, but I can install anything that
   works. Thanks!
