Event Calendar 3

I have designed a custom theme for a wordpress install.

I have installed the EC3 calendar and it is working properly, but the posts and month to month navigation all go back to the default wp install.

How do i apply my custome php pages to the calendar so that the entries look like the custom site i have designed?
