    the site is in Finnish – apologies for that! However, you can spot the issue regardless of language. We’re using booking with no login or account required. If you pick a timeslot (e.g. 15.00-15.30 on Aug 11th), the system displays the endtime 11/08/2020 15:30 instead of the start time. This is confusing for customers, as they need to be writing down / memorizing when they should arrive.
    I’ve added a caution in Finnish and replaced the empty space with an arrow to alleviate the issue.
    Any ideas on how to fix this?
    (I’ve also noted that in notifications the system gives end time instead of start time with {booking_list} and only the date with {booking_start} but got around that by using {booking_start_raw} which works okay.

    The datetime formats are probably incomplete in Booking Activities settings > “Messages” tab. Set the following default values:

    • Complete date format: l, F jS, Y g:i A
    • Short date format.: M, jS - g:i A
    • Time format.: g:i A

    You can replace g:i A with H:i for 24-hour times (docs).

    We had the date formats set, actually, with variants fit for Finland. Tried also the values you suggest, but that did not work either. Any other ideas?

    Oops – take that back 🙂 After some sorting, we did get it to work, thanks to your advice.
