event and redirects no longer firing on submit (related to update?)

Hi,

Not sure if this is related or coincidence, but we’re not longer getting on_sent_ok responses for google analytic events and url redirections. Instead we stay on the same page and get an anchor on the url

here are the codes as we’ve installed them (and worked until recently)

on_sent_ok: “ga(‘send’, ‘event’, { eventCategory: ‘Contact Forms’, eventAction: ‘Request Info’, eventLabel: ‘Baptistry’});”

on_sent_ok: “location = ‘/thank-you-baptistry’;”
