    I wonder why this plugin developer doesn’t answer my question even though I am a premium member.

    This plugin, as you can see, sometimes doesn’t work because of a caching problem.

    And this problem also occurred when I activated this plugin.

    I sent a letter about this problem to them, and they replied to me.

    They told me that turn off every plugin and activating this plugin alone.

    But it didn’t work either.

    I sent a letter again, telling them I want to refund.

    Someone replied to me that he is going to tell a colleague to deal with a refund.

    But they never replied to me about how the refund is going on even though I asked them what’s going on via e-mail two times.

    I’m waiting for the refund for 17 days now but still don’t get any response.

    I really wonder what is going on there now.

    Hey there,

    I’m sorry to hear you ran into an issue with our plugin. It is true that on some hosts our caching conflicts with their server caching. We usually are able to resolve this with the host but sometimes it’s simply not possible to resolve the issue. In that case we always refund the customers.

    We had a very busy month and are therefore behind in handling refunds but I can assure you, you will get your refund as we confirmed to you in your email.
