Even after connecting wocommerce app unable to fetch rates For dpex shipping

I have installed the plugin and after generating api from users profile connected it to the woocommerce app in my postmen account but still am not able to fetch rates. Neither are there any settings for plugin in wp dashboard .
Please guide how to make it work.
