Evants order in List view mixed up since 4.4.0.1

    Hi,

    The list view was working fine until the last update (4.1.0.1).

    Now the list is displaying events in random order – the first view is good, then the first time “next events” is clicked next events are shown out of order (almost randomly), then it gets worse the more you press “next “or previous”, with sometimes the very last event showing on top, much earlier events showing in the middle, etc.

    I had some personalisations in a “tribe-events” folder within my theme that I disabled, but with no changes.

    There’s 1 other bug that I identified, the “Export Events” caption at the bottom right is not translated (I replaced the po/mo files in the wp-content/languages/plugins folder with the new ones and “Export” is translated, so it must be hard-coded somewhere)

    Thanks for any help, otherwise I’ll have to revert to an earlier version…

    Thanks for using The Events Calendar, I’m happy to help! In order to help, I would like to get some more information from you, if I can:

    -First, if you could please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. This will help me determine how deeply we need to look into the specific configuration of your site, or if this is a bug. 🙂

    -Can you send me a link to your site so I can see this firsthand? I can often be more helpful in giving solutions to problems I can see and interact with. You mentioned emailing access, you can email support@theeventscalendar.com and mention that it’s for me. 🙂

    Hi,

    Sorry for the typo in the title, but you can’t edit your post in this forum !

    I caught it by disabling / re-enabling the other plugins one by one: there’s a conflict with the “Post Types Order” plugin, which enables you to manually sort any post types. You can’t exclude specific types, and apparently it’s messing with the Events Calendar sorting.

    The issue has been identified in the Post Types Order forum, and someone solved it by kindly providing a hook to exclude events posts from being sorted by Post Types Order. Here is a link to the solution in case someone needs it (it works!):
