How can i Restrict my buyers/customers by Country, State, City, Zip/Pin/Postal code ?
I don’t want any one outside my town/city can buy and see my buy button , how can i do that?
I want only the people that live in Finland and only in the main city of Finland :Helsinki
can buy my products.

So the setup is pretty straight forward, you just enter the country/city/region you would like to exclude/hide from in your Geolocation settings.

So again, whatever you set up in the settings page I showed you are the areas which will be excluded. Please have a look at my screenshot again to see the settings page location. Your screenshot is not the same.
