# EU VAT doesn't work

 * When I first installed the plugin, it correctly showed the tax rate but it always
   gave an error on checking out that my selected country was wrong while it was
   correct.
 * I then uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it. It then worked one time correctly,
   after that, it didn’t work anymore. The tax rate is now always 0% which is the
   default fallback tax rate. Even after reinstallation it keeps this way. Any idea
   what I doe wrong?

 * Well, it seems like the problem occured only when I was logged in as an administrator.
   A random site user will see correct VAT.
