# EU Consent Error

 * Hello. For the past few days, I’m getting this error on my Adsense dashboard
   “
   We’ve detected an issue on your IAB TC string on one or more of your sites or
   apps. These errors may affect your ability to serve ads to European users. A 
   detailed report is available for you on the EU user consent page.” The error 
   is 2.1a. Please help me fix it. TIA

 * That was very convenient, but since I use Ad inserter for a few of my ad units,
   I have to ask you only. I tried to implement this [manual](https://adinserter.pro/faq/gdpr-compliance-cookies-consent#tcf),
   but it’s distorting the ads. So mind if you look into it?

 * What data do you want? The link you shared talks about what to do when ads are
   not displayed. That’s clearly not my issue. This is the issue
    “We’ve detected
   an issue on your IAB TC string on one or more of your sites or apps. These errors
