ETOC not working on Front Page | WordPress.org

Hi, I am enjoying the look and options of this Plug-In but I cannot get it to render on my Static Front Page.

Is there something I am needing to set different for this?

I am using WordPress with the Genesis Metro Pro Theme.

The default is not to show on the static front page. This has to be enabled on the Settings admin page in the Advanced section.
