    Hola, no se que ha sucedido pero hace 5 días que WordPress y Jetpack no registran visitas ni estadísticas. Y se que las hay porque las he verificado desde otros espacios (redes sociales, google analytics, etc.).

    Que solución se puede encontrar?

    Hi there, I used https://translate.google.com to understand you’re not seeing stats for the past few days.

    My guess is that you’ve got more than one site and the system is confusing the two. To fix this, we’d need to have you reach out to support here. Thank you in advance.

    Hola, me he comunicado y no he conseguido respuesta.

    Sabes que revise el WP_footer, tambien Plugin.php

    Todo está en orden. Sin embargo, sigo sin tener estadísticas del sitio y se que tengo visitas.

    Alguna solución?

    When you contact us via the form linked to earlier, what was the numerical ID of support ticket? This would have been sent in both the subject and body of an auto-responder email.

    Jetpack? The numeric ID of the support ticket 3448275

    They already answered me: “the Jetpack Stats module is active, however our statistics code is not present in the footer of your site, which usually means that your theme does not call the wp_footer () function correctly”.

    The problem is that I already check and it is active … as they correspond

    PS: I add that now google analytics does not register visits either. I do not know what happened.
