    Hi,

    I’ve purchased an unlimited Licenses. Now I’ve make a backup of a site with all the configuration of Food Store. When I restore the backup, the ID-Number of the of Essentials stay the same, so each time when I sync, freemius just recognize the website which just sync. So how can I remove or change the ID-Number of Essentials???

    I’ve tried to delete Essentials, also Foodstore, but after installation, the ID stay the same.

    Hello,

    We are not sure if we understand you properly. The ID which belongs to the addon remains the same all the time.

    Also, Freemius detects it with the domain you are using. As you have an unlimited license, it should not matter because you can add as many websites as you want with a single license. Let us know if we are wrong in explaining.

    Let us know if you mean something else by the ID. Please provide a screenshot if possible.

    Hi,
    as you can see, in freemius, there is just one website is added to the account.
    Also in each of the foodstore account, the Site ID and the Addon ID is the same. How could I change this ID? Both website is hosted in a separately subdomain.

    This is not something to change manually. Are you facing any issues with those? Let us know what is your goal by modifying that. Maybe with that, we can help you.

    I have make a duplicate (with Duplicator) of the website and use it for another customer, so each website need there own ID. Now I have 2 website with the same Side ID. Freemius doesn’t recognize that there are 2 website, just the website which I sync the latest.

    I need the 2 website show in freemius, that’s all.

    Hello,

    To resolve the issue with other sites having identical site ID and other account details, please clear the Freemius-related data on those sites using Freemius Fixer plugin and then opt-in again (opting again will generate a new site ID and other site details).

    Hi WP Scripts Team,

    thank you, it does solved the problem.

    I have another question, everytime I updated the plugin, all the translation with Logo translate is gone, is there another way to update without translation again?

    Hello,

    Loco Translate keeps the created translation file or data separately, it should not be affected by plugin updates.

    Kindly create a ticket with Loco Translate team, they might be able to guide you on this.
