    Hi

    Both Elementor/Pro and Essential Addons have been updated this week, all of which I installed. With The Essential Addons plugin activated, Elementor now will not load on pages that use any of the Essential Addons widgets. I’ve tried some different rollback options…I rolled back Elementor to 2.5.10 and Essential Addons to 2.10.1 and also tried the older version of Addons with the newer version of Elementor but still no joy. This suggests it could be a conflict with the Elementor Pro plugin, but there’s no rollback option to try with it.

    With the Addons plugin deactivated there’s a whole bunch of content on my site missing. With it activated, the content reappears but I can’t edit the pages that use the Essential Addons widgets.

    Any thoughts?

    @nicolafern,

    This error sometimes is caused because of a site having low memory. You can check your memory limit by navigating to wp-admin -> Elementor -> System Info. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/le9poi

    You need to increase the memory limit. To increase the memory limit you will have to modify the wp-config.php file of yours.

    Just above this line ” /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */” add this following line of code:

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

    You would find the wp-config.php file under your WordPress directory.
    Let me know if this solves your issue or not. Thank you

    Hi

    My WP memory limit has already been raised to 512MB previously. Any other suggestions?

    @nicolafern,

    Well, I am sorry to hear that your issue isn’t resolved yet. Can you please check for plugin conflicts by deactivating all the plugins except for Elementor and Essential Addons? Then let me know how it goes.

    If that doesn’t solve it, please contact us through here: wpdeveloper.net/support

    Thank you.
