The fault lies with me. The “template” function of Templately (childish name…should have been a giveaway) doesn’t integrate at all with Elementor. Read that again: ZERO integration. So if you buy this trash to create, for example, a single product page, RUN, don’t walk, away from this program. Demand your money back, and set a reminder because they are fundamentally dishonest people and they won’t honor the refund unless you hold their fee to the fire.
