 * If you’re using any kind of page builder, you’ll know how irritating it is to
   have to scroll up every time you want to update the page.
 * This, frankly, should be how WP works out of the box. Thank goodness for this
   plugin!
 * If, like me, you prefer your button at the top of the screen, simply change the
   plugin css line –
 * bottom: 0;
    to top: 35px;
