 * On the Esquire theme, how do I remove the ‘Short URL’ link at the bottom of each
   page? Also how do I remove the gray and black bars at the bottom of each page
   and the black bar on the yellow sidebar?
 * I’m assuming its’ in the stylesheet but I’m not sure how to make the changes.
 * Thanks
