Had a client attempt to purchase a t-shirt from my WordPress blog using the Eshop Plugin. Have used your plugin previously with authorize.net and it worked fine, but the transaction from Friday 11-9-12 is not processing. I’ve set up a help desk ticket with authorize.net and they have identified the plugin as the problem. I’m getting the following error and need your help resolving please “General Error Processor error – The merchant account is not configured properly with the Credit Card Processor. Contact merchant service provider for resolution.”
Thanks in advance for your help! Blase

nb: as mentioned in the plugin we do not support use with that gateway anymore.

I’m hoping someone will come along and offer to maintain it – no luck as yet.

Yikes, thanks for your prompt response, guess I’ll have to switch to PayPal for now.
Have you considered offering a premium version of EShop that supports this?

There never has – and never will be – a premium version of eShop. If the plugin was working fine previously with Authorize.net, then something must have changed in your site or at Authorize.net. We haven’t changed anything in the plugin for this gateway,.

As there has not been an update to this topic for a while, I can only assume that the issue has now been resolved and I am now marking it as such. If this is incorrect, please feel free to change the topic’s status and/or post a followup.
