eShop on 2011 – cust address clearing, tax

I am running WP 3.2.1 on 2011 theme (am new to all of this). Have one plug-in, eShop. Using Sandbox to troubleshoot and check. Three problems:
1. The address fields in the checkout are not cleared when I try a second “purchase” – is this Sandbox or is this a real problem?
2. When I hide the extra address so customer sees only one, the tax calculations stop. They work fine if i use the view with two addresses to enter.
3. The shopping cart remains filled unless the original custom returns to the site. If I stop and return to it in another session, the cart is still filled.
