[eShop] Discount Code Error

Need FAST help! Trying to add a discount code to eShop (latest version on latest version of WP) and even when I fill out all fields am getting the following:

There were some errors:
You must choose a discount code type
You must specify a code

ETA: OK, i have this plugin installed on a few of my sites, and it looks like the issue is only happening since I upgraded to the newest version of eShop. Everything was tested working before I upgraded the plugin.
