EShop asking for a phone number but no box (3 posts)

    Hi Guys


    On checkout I am being asked to fill in a phone number but the phone number box is missing. Any ideas why please?

    By the way, checkout is cash only so it can be tested!

    It's on the page.... look up and right...

    You have style associated with your address in the top right, one have used id="phone", sadly I use that in the checkout as well, for the phone field. hence it is picking up the style you have added in.

    As it's your custom theme it could be easily fixed by changing your id="phone" to something else, and amending the style to match.

    However if that can't be done, then some fancy CSS would have to be done to reset things for the phone input field.

    Thanks Rich, well spotted. I changed the id.

    By the way, I am currently adding to the crm and will hopefully change the way the crm works so that data is stored in line with eshop. If it works then when someone buys products using eshop they will automatically be stored in the crm along with the products they bought.
