If you have an apostrope in the header text field, when editing a template – it will get repeatably escaped.

    We’ve saved your order

    Becomes

    We\’ve saved your order
    We\\’ve saved your order
    We\\\’ve saved your order
    We\\\\’ve saved your order

    etc.

    Using version 4.6

    Thanks,

    Ian.

    Hi Ian,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I have added “We’ve saved your order” header with an apostrophe in the “Email Template Header Text” field of the email template.

Please check the screenshot for it: https://www.screencast.com/t/Uwig7T765g

After that, I had abandoned a cart on my site. And I am getting Abandoned Cart reminder email with “We’ve saved your order” header text.

Please see the screenshot of it: https://www.screencast.com/t/A3Pl2jVxjpz3

It is also working fine in the test email when I had sent.

I would need to check the issue on your site. As I am unable to replicate the same. So, can you please post your query on our plugin’s forum page? So we can more communicate on it.

Here is our plugin’s forum page link:

Let me know if you have any question with this.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka
