Escaped HTML entities in email subject

    Hi,
    I’ve got a website whose title includes the ampersand character

    Something like:
    “C&C construction”

    UM subject lines appear like this:
    “[C&C construction] New user registered”

    I think the site title’s html entities are being escaped twice. Could yo please have a look at it?
