# ESC button issue

 * I can only close the popup with X button but not with ESC. What can be the reason.

 * Please make sure the option is enabled from the settings list. If it is enabled
   and still doesn’t work, try to deactivate the plugin, delete browser cache and
   activate. If nothing changes, let me know.
