Errors with Woocommerce Stripe 8.5.1

When I updated to Woocommerce Stripe Plugin 8.5.1 version the checkout page started to break and was getting the following errors in the logs.

Reverting back to Woocommerce Stripe plugin 8.4.0 resolves the issue.
