# FORM MANAGER – Errors with Shortcode table and List Box

 * Hi,
    there are two functions which are not working correctly for me.
 * 1. I defined a new list with List Box Style and added four list items in it. 
   Whenever I choosed one of the items the previous item was sent in the notification
   mail.
    EXAMPLE: I have four list items: 250, 500, 1000 and 3000. I choosed 30000
   and the notification mail had included the 1000 value. The same happened with
   the 1000 and 500 values.
 * 2. The shortcode for table view is completely ignored and not working. The page
   is showing me the standard output.
 * I’ve the latest version of form manager.
 * Thanks for your help (in advance)
