Here is the response from the hosts: * “I was working on this case earlier and confirm i shut off PHP-FPM for the site in troubleshooting the issue. The reason being that PHP-FPM is memory intensive, and being on a VPS it is not generally recommended. I also adjusted the PHP configuration for max_execution_time, post_max_size, and upload_max_filesize, all of which did not help the issue. There is nothing blocking connections to Google Drive from your server, and the fact that the logs show authentication is successful leads me to believe this is either an issue with the plugin itself or Google throttling connections to drive. Unfortunately this is not something we can resolve. I would suggest contacting the Updraftplus support team for resolution of this issue.” * The same set up with Dropbox works perfectly. It just seems to be an issue with Google Drive. As such, almost all the things that your hosting provider looked at aren’t relevant. They need to investigate why there’s no network connectivity between the server and Google Drive. There is some network connectivity because in the last 5 or so attempts 4 of the 5 backup files did upload, albeit very slowly with many restarts. The plugin file never uploads. The plugin file always gets stuck and the resumption times become too long to wait for it too finish.
