 * i am running wp2 on my local machine with xampp under windows xp. i have successfully‘
   uploaded’ 3 images using the file upload feature on the “write post” screen, 
   but when i try to browse the images i get 21 PHP errors. here’s the first two:
 * Warning: strtotime() [function.strtotime]: Called with an empty time parameter.
   in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\mysite\wp-includes\template-functions-links.
   php on line 53
 * Warning: date() [function.date]: Windows does not support dates prior to midnight(
   00:00:00), January 1, 1970 in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\mysite\wp-includes\
   template-functions-links.php on line 67
 * the next 19 are the same but with different line numbers.
 * any ideas what’s causing this/how to resolve it?
