# Errors since URL change

 * I am building a WooCommerce store for my client who uses Printful and we initially
   created the connection between our staging website ([http://lifeteeshirts-co-uk.stackstaging.com](http://lifeteeshirts-co-uk.stackstaging.com))
   but now I have moved the website to what will be it’s permanent URL ([https://www.lifeteeshirts.co.uk](https://www.lifeteeshirts.co.uk)).
   This however has obviously broken the connection to Printful but I cannot see
   how to reset it.
 * I have updated the website URL on the store in Printful but this has not resolved
   it.

 * As you can see, it is the “WooCommerce authentication URL access” where it is
   failing.
 * Please can you advise how we go about resolving this? I have copied our mutual
   customer for visibility.
