# Errors on upgrade

 * After installing the WP 2.2 files I get the following error on attempting to 
   run the upgrade.php
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_filter() in /var/www/vhosts/stockmarketbeat.
   com/httpdocs/blog1/wp-includes/default-filters.php on line 4
