# Errors on site after update

 * The latest update gave me a black screen with errors that end plugins/jetpack/
   modules/widget-visibility/widget-conditions.php Once I inactivated the plugin
   it went away. Please advise. Thanks.

 * We only have four users. They are all admins, 2 developers, VA and the owner.
   I’m confused though, is this regarding the widget error from above? I still don’t
   have an answer on that and I still have JP turned off. Thanks.

 * Thanks for the extra details, and sorry for the delayed reply.
 * We’ve recently fixed an issue where Jetpack’s Widget Visibility feature would
   cause issues on sites with a lot of users. That’s not the case on your site though,
   so the problem isn’t related.
 * Could you copy the full error and paste it here? It may tell us more about what’s
   causing this.
