Errors on install

  • Hi everyone, i just setup the new wordpress and i am getting the following error all over the page

Warning: extract(): First argument should be an array in /home/jakeyg/public_html/jakestravelguide/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2130

I guess it can find the posts when it queries the DB or something, im not too sure what to do to fix it. Has anyone had any similar problems? ive installed it to a subdirectory called wordpress and changed (as well as moved) the index file to mirror the changes made to the dir structure.

  • What do you mean “moved the index file to mirror the changes made to the dir structure”? WP has it’s own index.php file, as well as your theme. Nothing should be moved.

sorry, in the manual i found that if you put the wordpress files in a sub directory, you had to move the index.php file to the root directory. Then you have to change where it pointed wp-blog-header so that it was in the sub directoy.
