 * I have strange errors on admin and login page

 * also rich text editor don’ t work. It is the same after upgrading to 2.1 and 
   before.
 * I had disabled all plugins, it is the same.
 * My friend installed wordpress on the same server as I, but at him everything 
   works, as it should
