Errors – No Support

The Google Catgeory Mapping is not working properly and there is a PHP error.
I posted in the wordpresss plugin support forum and was told to submit a ticket on their site. By ticket, all you can do is send them a message via their Contact Page. I did that and received an automated acknowledgement. I then emailed them all my login info so they could investigate.
3 days later they emailed and asked for my login info…..? ( I had already sent the login info 3 days prior) but I replied to their email and sent all the info again. 5 days later – No response.
Not knowing what else to do, I posted in the wordpress plugin support forum again asking if their support people had received my info. He answered: Submit a ticket. Well I had already done that. But, I went and submitted a second ‘ticket’ detailing all my info again. Got an automated email response. and then nothing.
So either their ‘support system’ is broken, my emails are going to spam, their plugin is broken and cant be fixed or they just cant be bothered to respond – whatever the reason is – not acceptable. I give up – I spent hours setting this plugin up and trouble shooting the issues – I have wasted a week on this and gotten no where.
If they care to respond and resolve the issues, I will amend this review.
However, in submitting the support ‘tickets’ they signed me up automatically for their marketing emails that are sent daily. (I did not sign up for that)
