 * Hi, when migrating data (for example from prestashop to woocommerce) all the
   old orders appear in the Woocommerce / Orders. That is ok, the problem are the
   following:
 * 1. That old orders already have invoices made in the old Prestashop-based shop,
   so would be nice if we could set an Order as Completed, but not generate invoice
   for it.
 * 2. The new invoices generated in bulk and automatically for completed orders,
   do not follow date order (the newest order has the oldest invoice number).
 * Thank you

 * Hello Javierr,
    I think it’s best if you take this up with the developers of
   the migration tool, as this is completely out of our hand:
    1. Our plugin normally does **not** automatically create invoices upon import –
       automatic creation only happens when an **email** is sent that has the invoice
       attached to it. I recommend double checking this, because if the importer plugin
       sent emails from old purchases to all your Prestashop customers, I don’t think
       that’s what you want. There is no other ‘automatic’ generation of invoices in
       the free plugin.
    2. When you create invoices with our plugin (via the bulk actions), it always does
       this from oldest to newest order. But if your importer inserted the orders from
       newest to oldest instead, and also sent emails to your customers in that order,
       it simply follows that order. This is intended behavior: an invoice is only
       created when required and of course our plugin cannot create invoices for orders
       that have not been imported yet.
 * Let me know if you have any further questions about the PDF invoice side of things
   here!

 * Hi Ewout, thank you for the quick answer!
 * Your plugin it is ok. This is what I did:
 * I unchecked the “Add to” fields but kept “New order” on. That way I can be sure
   that no email will be sent with old “completed” orders. Luckily, I think finally
   no email was sent to customers (I have a customer profile and didn’t get any
   email, so that is a relief).
 * Later I found that I can remove the generated invoice (in prestashop I could
   not do it, so I though in Woocommerce was the same) and keep a Completed order
   with no invoice, or set manually a new invoice and date number. Great for that!
 * About the orders and invoices date: yeah, your plugin works correctly. The problem
   is that (I think) there is no clear difference between the icons of “Invoice
   created” and “Create new invoice” (same problem for Packing Slips icons). There
   is just a small green check in a corner, so I thought that those icons where
   all the same and all the invoices were already created. What I was doing when
   clicking on them was generating invoices at that time. Maybe a solution should
   be to set 50% transparency for non generated invoices icons, I don’t know. Of
   course, the plugin set the next invoice number when generating a new one, so
   it is up to me if I click on newer prior to older invoices. There is no problem
   with plugin but maybe the icons could be more clear.
 * Another thing that I don’t understand are the 3 points icon. It seems not doing
   anything. Please take a look at the image [https://imgur.com/a/a23CEvg](https://imgur.com/a/a23CEvg)
 * Anyway, your plugin works great! Thank you very much!

 * Glad to hear you were able to resolve this. The green check is indeed to indicate
   the document is already created. If it is not, it doesn’t show the icon. Making
   the non-generated icon 50% transparent may suggest that it’s disbaled, while
   it’s actually an action button to create the invoice.
 * The 3 points icon is not related to PDF invoices, it’s from WooCommerce and (
   normally) moves the order to processing status.

 * Hi Ewout,
 * The transparency it was just a suggestion but of course you are the owner. What
   I meant is that the icons could have a more clear difference between “created”
   and “non created”, although now that I know, is not a problem for me, but maybe
   could be a problem for new users.
 * Thank you for the explanation about the 3 points!
