Good evening, first apologies for my bad English, I’m Spanish.

For a couple of months now, JetPack has been failing me to auto share the posts of my different blogs on Facebook.

I have all the pages in my Facebook account (a single account with several fanpages), and all fail except the last one I gave permission. The others do not work.
However I have a Facebook account with a page for one of my blogs and it works perfectly.

The problem is because I have many pages with authorizations to Jetpack from the same Facebook account and fails? Or what can be the problem?

I link and confirm the connection of the facebook page with the JetPack account of each blog …

Or would I have to make a single JetPack account for all my blogs and in each Blog authorize a single page from the same JetPack account?

    Can you help me?

    Thank you
    Cristian

Hi Cristian, could you send links to a few sites that are giving you trouble? We’ll take a look on our end to see if we can tell what’s going wrong.

    Hi, thanks for you response.

I only have now a site with Jetpack installed and active that gives error, since I was testing other plugins, but as Jetpack there is none and I only have one site with the plugin installed and active:
    https://www.hipnosisterapeutica.org/

    Best regards

We have that site connected to https://www.facebook.com/EscuelaHipnosisTerapeutica/ and the last post https://www.hipnosisterapeutica.org/clases-de-hipnosis/ failed to send to Facebook, but Facebook didn’t return a reason for us to log, so we’re not sure what happened.

Are you able to manually share that post on your Facebook page without any errors?

    Hi, thanks for your response.

Effectively, I could share it manually without any errors.

    Thank you

Excellent, in that case please try completely reconnecting Facebook following this guide: https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/facebook/#reconnecting-facebook

Before writing this post in the forum, I have made all possible actions, reconnection and others.

The last option is to write in this blog to see if there are other options.

    Any other option?
    Thank you

Hm, that should have fixed it. Does this always happen, or was it just this most recent post?

Passes since 2 months ago with all the post we publish that is every 15 days.

Hi Cristian, I was able to look up some older posts and their errors. I found this:

The ‘manage_pages’ permission must be granted before impersonating a user’s page.

So you might try actually removing permissions from Facebook itself, then disconnecting, then reconnecting and re-granting permissions. We do need to be able to manage posts to post there.

Also, I noticed that the connection I’m seeing hasn’t been disconnected and reconnected recently, and you mentioned you had tried that, so I’m wondering if you’re actually looking at another account. Can you head to https://wordpress.com/me/account and confirm what WordPress.com account you’re connected with for this site?

Hello good afternoon, I made the reconnection that you told me.

I have found problems, when I try to authorize two pages, the authorization of the attenrior I can see in “business integrations” of facebook that only remains to activate the last one.

First I reconnected following the steps indicated in previous post the web https://www.hipnosisterapeutica.org/.
As I have to publish tomorrow in another of my webs: https://institutoandaluzdehipnosis.com

I made the reconnection in this web also, and when I enter to see in Facebook business integrations, the only page that has the check confirming the authorization is the last one that I have made. But the previous one, what happens?

Sorry, I’m not entirely sure what you mean. Are you saying that you unable to choose more than one page?

I set up my first WordPress and Jetpack with my Facebook account. All right up here.

When I go to my second WordPress to configure my Jetpack account, it is configured well too, but the first one is canceled and I can not do it in two WordPress from my only facebook account that I have all my fan pages.

    That’s incredibly odd, I’m sorry.

Do you have a second browser on your computer? If so, I’d be interested to here if you can successfully connect Publicize as desired by connecting one site in one browser, and the other site in the other browser.

It gives me the same problem, I’ve tried it from Firefox and from an Incognito version of Chrome.

I miss an error in yellow and it tells me to RECONNECT, but it has no effect at all.

    I throw a question:
Can different JETPACK accounts be configured with Publicize from a single Facebook account where I am an administrator of several fanpages?

    Ok, I understand now.

Facebook will only allow you to connect Publicize to one Page per Facebook account, but there is no limit to how many Facebook accounts you can connect: https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/facebook/#multiple-pages
