Errors in Fed-Ex module – no response from paid support
I opened a support case for which I paid $47 a week ago and NEVER got a response. Today when I try to open another case it tells me I have to pay another $47.
Your FedEx shipping module is returning hundreds of errors and causing me to lose sales and customers.
A sampling of the errors are below, and are received when pressing the “Calculate” button.
Please contact me ASAP so I can get this resolved.
