errors errors everywhere! :(

i’m not an idiot, but, I can’t figure this out. right now I have the following error :
Warning: main(../wp-config.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/lookout/h2/kwetzel/www/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php on line 5
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘../wp-config.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php-4.3.2/lib/php’) in /home/lookout/h2/kwetzel/www/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php on line 5
if someone could possibly help me by telling me how to remedy this problem, or why it occurs I would really appreciate it. thank you! 🙂
