# Errors despite saving to Dropbox

 * Trying to manually run backups and getting errors including the below. I don’t
   know why this would be a quota issue as these are backed up to dropbox and I 
   have an enormous amount of space.

   of the zip manual at [http://infozip.sourceforge.net/FAQ.html#error-codes](http://infozip.sourceforge.net/FAQ.html#error-codes)
   for interpretation… and also check that your hosting account quota is not full)

    0007.380 (0) makezip_addfiles(
   UpdraftPlus_BinZip) apparently failed (file=backup_2019-02-19-1347_xxxxxxxxxxxx_822d5a0d12e4-
   uploads.zip.tmp, type=uploads, size=114666058) – retrying with PclZip 0007.400(
   0) backup_2019-02-19-1347_xxxxxxxxxxxx_822d5a0d12e4-uploads.zip.tmp: Zip file
   already exists, with 2044 files

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for sharing the logs, Apart from disk quota error, there were no errors
   logged in the log file.
 * With that being said, Before sending backup to remote storage, UDP stores the
   backup zip files on the local server, If the “Delete local backup” option is 
   checked, UpdraftPlus will delete the local backups after successful transfer.
 * Can you please check if your local servers quota have enough space?

 * Ok, so even if the files are saved to Dropbox, they hit the server first, so 
   you need to have at least the same size of the files available on the server 
   to process it. If that’s correct, that may be the issue.

 * Yes, that is a correct understanding. Dropbox provides no API to allow just parts
   of a zip file to be sent; it has to be constructed fully locally before being
   sent complete.
