# Errors: cURL error 28…

 * Using Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin I got 2 errors:
 * 1 The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation
   timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received 2 The loopback request
   to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working
   as expected. Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 
   10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.
 * After I disabled Conditional Discounts for WooCommerce those errors disappeared.
 * Is there a way to fix this?
