    .htacess backup error:

    change table prefix error:
    Fatal error: Class ‘mysqli’ not found in /home/clientdbname/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/admin/wp-security-database-menu.php on line 526

    What type of server is your site on?

    The first error means that the plugin couldn’t find your .htaccess file.

    For the second error, you will need to ask your host provider to install MySQLi.
