 * I have just started playing around with wordpress for 2 days. I am encountering
   a problem and I don’t know how to deal with it at all so I hope others can help.
 * A message popping up above my dashboard is as follow:
 * > Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_X_REQUESTED_WITH in /home/vol13/xtreemhost.com/

 * it’s a theme issue, I’d suggest changing to a different one.
