    Hi @inusdebruin

Please go to WPvivid settings > Advanced Settings:

    • Change ‘PHP script execution timeout for restore’ to 3600s,
    • Change ‘PHP Memory Limit for restore’ to 512 MB
    • Save Changes and run restore again.

Please make sure to wait for the restore process to complete naturally and a success/failed message pop up, and do not refresh or close the restore page until that.

Let us know if that helps.

      All the best,
