   So we can determine more on this, please share the following:
    1. Your[ Site Health information](https://i.imgur.com/Rtkmsba.png). You can[ use this form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lhjns2K7c0Ny7ME4gxTcsnYtNUtcMr8BvFpPQi23Y1E/)
       to share privately if preferred.  
    2. Was this a one time error, or does the Site Kit dashboard load for you as expected
       after reloading the page? If this was a one time error, do you recall when this
       occurred? For example, were you reviewing the plugins new [email reporting feature](https://sitekit.withgoogle.com/documentation/using-site-kit/email-reports/)
       or something else.
    3. Should you remain encountering issues when accessing the Site Kit dashboard,
       when checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser[ incognito window](https://i.imgur.com/ALzgiHp.png)
       does the same occur? If so, please share any[ browser console errors](https://imgur.com/KyLAzgH.png)
       that appear.  This can help indicate a browser or caching related block.
 * Based on the information you shared, it looks like something went wrong during
   a feature tour. It’s possible that this may have been as a result of a plugin
   update, a conflict with another plugin, or something else. Once we have the information
   above we’ll be able to provide the most suitable suggestions to ensure this no
   longer occurs,
