errore plugin Woocommerce

    salve sono Vincenzo titolare del sito Vigajewels,ci tengo a precisare che non sono un esperto ed ho provato a chiarire l’argomento in un altro topic e con il mio hosting.
    quest’ultimo mi ha rimandato allo sviluppatore del plugin in questione.
    il messaggio wordpress è il seguente:In questo caso, WordPress ha incontrato un errore con uno dei tuoi plugin, WooCommerce.
    recatomi alla pagina del link in questione,quest’ultimo mi porta alla terza sezione del footer (creata con codici html)dove in precedenza è stato cambiato il numero di telefono.
    l’errore che io rilevo è che comunque i nuovi numeri portano sempre al vecchio numero.
    altro errore che rilevo si trova in una altra area del footer,la prima,dove alcune pagine parlano di pagine inesistenti o link obsoleti.
    il tutto accade dopo aggiornamento wordpress 5.8 ed aggiornamento di tutti i plugin compatibili con tale versione,infatti woocommerce non ho aggiornato ancora perchè non ancora compatibile.
    dopo il link in questione ci sono i dettagli dell’errore con i link descritti sopra che non so se posso o devo pubblicare
    La mia Versione di WordPress 5.8
    Tema corrente: Ascend – Premium (versione 1.9.19)
    Plugin corrente: WooCommerce (versione 5.5.1)
    Versione PHP 7.4.16
    Prima dell’aggiornamento wp ho creato un backup manuale(dopo avere constatato di quello esistente sul mio host)ho tentato tramite filezilla (cartella wp content/plugins)di svuotare la cache plugin ma in questo percorso non l’ho trovata.
    mi chiedo a questo punto:spero questo sia il posto giusto dove fare queste domande e se è possibile sostituire i codici html con link a pagine da creare.
    ringrazio anticipatamente chi vorrà aiutarmi e spero così di essere d’aiuto anche ad altri,cordialmente Vincenzo

    I’ll translate your message in parts so as to reply, but feel free to write back in your language.

    I went to the page of the link in question, the latter takes me to the third section of the footer (created with html codes) where the phone number was previously changed…..another error I detect is found in another area of ​​the footer, the first, where some pages speak of non-existent pages or obsolete links.

    It seems that you’re referring to sections of your site that are created with your theme. Since this is not quite WooCommerce-related, you’d be best placed contacting the theme authors.

    everything happens after updating wordpress 5.8 and updating all plugins compatible with this version, in fact woocommerce I have not updated yet because it is not yet compatible.

    It is possible that the update affected how some of the tools you’re using are working. Hopefully, the theme support is able to assist with the issue with the footer.

    Just to mention, feel free to update WooCommerce, it should be compatible with WP 5.8. You could create another backup when updating.

    grazie per l’aiuto, ho risolto modificando dei link nei codici html del footer e da due giorni non ricevo più messaggi di errore da WordPress
