 * I was doing some clean-up on my blog today found few files that are not part 
   of wordpress, upon deep inspection found some new entry in .htaccess too
 *     ```
       Options -MultiViews
       ErrorDocument 404 //.com/wp-content/225230.php
       ```
   
 * anyone have any idea where this come from?
