    hi, the notice below appeare to be for only a subdomain not the the website. I checked with my hosting account and not coming from there. was using a mobile hot spot when the problem surfaced.

    Hi, can carry out the following.

    Rename the plugin folder via FTP to something like all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall-temp. Then log into your website again. Rename the plugin folder back to its original name. Enable the plugin and go to Dashboard -> Locked IP Addresses and unlock your IP address.

    If the above does not help try the following forum post solution.

    I had the problem for a few days then over the weekend the problem went away. I don’t know how. If I have the problem again I have your instructions above.
